This is very interesting! At PreventScripts I lead our AI governance policy and committee which meets quarterly. 1. Log of AI features/how we use AI at PS 2. Patient, provider and c-suite consent and how we obtain those 3. What our agents do and how we use agentic AI both team internally and external facing 4. How we evaluate for context loss, etc in our patient facing LLM’s. 5. First do no harm, of course!

This is exactly what we saw when the first GPT's hit the market. AI will never fit neatly onto the existing internet. Crazy, maybe. But obviois to us. A whole new infrastructure rebuilt from the inside out. Acting as the bridge as the old way decays into obsolescence. And, this is not just companies, this is everyone on the planet. Every person is now a brand, and every brand, business and enterprise is personified. The playing field is leveling, but the architecture of the old web never will be. Can never rise to this need. When a single person wields as much power as a supercomputer, all relationships will change. Cybercrime is estimated to be a $15T global problem in the next 3-4 years, meaning that it dwarfs the GDP of many nations. The Internet will collapse under this weight. The average person will have 10K agents bombarding them across every communication channel in existence, every day. Shadow AI twins created from your harvested data will be operating to manipulate your psyche, behaviors, and purchases.

Nothing will feel sacred. Nothing will feel private. Nothing will feel trustworthy.

This is not my future. It's theirs.

So... we built the solution we kept seeing in our dreams. A new foundation. A new bridge. A new way for people to be represented, protected, and empowered in this next age.

Let's make the world something we actually want to see.
